Each every case is different and has nuances which require deeper study.

As a lawyer, I have gotten a few cases where an Instagram famous lawyer has fuxed the basic plaintiff and now they are hanging by their neck.

I think Bar Council of India is contemplating action and guidelines for Instagram famous lawyers who give out legal advices.

Same should be done by IMA, ICAI and other regulatory bodies.
