Also there are a lot of things which are qualitative in nature and don't affect financials immediately because financial reports are made at the end of the year and prices change every second. Although I’m not an expert or professional in this field, I do have some knowledge that I’d be happy to share.

For Fundamentals, here’s what I’m thinking:

• PE Ratio: Anything between 15-25 is generally good, but it depends on the sector.

• Debt-to-Equity Ratio: A lower number (under 1) means less reliance on debt.

• Return on Equity (ROE): 15%+ is a strong sign they’re using capital efficiently.

• Earnings Growth: A solid, consistent growth of 10-20% is a good indicator.

• P/B Ratio: 1-3 is decent, anything higher might be a red flag.

• Dividend Yield: A steady or growing dividend is a good sign of stability.

• Free Cash Flow: Positive free cash flow means the company’s in a good position to reinvest or pay dividends.

• Market Cap: Big-cap stocks, mid/small-cap stocks along with micro cap <500cr

• Promoter Holding: High promoter holding shows they have skin in the game, but too high could be a concern and slow.

• Sector Performance: Comparing a stock to its sector can reveal if it’s outperforming.

For Technicals:

• Moving Averages (9-day, 26-day, 44-day, 200-day): Golden Cross = bull signal, Death Cross = bear signal.

• RSI: Over 70 = overbought but in momentum and can give swing returns, under 30 = oversold and can reverse with bullish momentum.

• MACD: Bullish when MACD crosses above the signal line.

• Bollinger Bands: Price near the upper band = overbought, near the lower band = oversold.

• Volume: Increasing volume = stronger trend, decreasing = weak trend.

• Fibonacci Retracement: Helps find support/resistance levels.

• Support & Resistance Levels: Where stocks tend to bounce or get stuck (R1,R2,R3 & S1,S2,S3)

• Stochastic Oscillator: Over 70 = overbought, under 30 = oversold.

• ATR: Shows how volatile a stock is, useful for stop-loss setting related to average true value.
