I moved back from Los Angeles in November, 2024. It hasn't been that bad. Got a little food poisoning and have started driving too.
Parking and traffic are easier in Indore vs. Los Angeles 😆

The air quality is not as clean, but not that bad. Love the cleanliness and other comforts here ..like daily maid for cleaning, dishes, clothes ironing service etc.

The main thing I miss is open spaces for exercise, especially bicycling.

When it comes to government services like going to RTO or property paperwork, best to just hire an agent. Corruption is the norm so no point fighting the system.

I love the social and financial safety here as money goes a lot further, healthcare is cheaper and family is close by.

And the food... can't beat good indian food.
