Sad that his definition of family ends at wife and nothing more. And staring is all you can do with your folks. I hope people start normalising work life balance and mental health. -

A beginner to hackathons. Can someone guide me?
Hackathon is a dirty business.
I haven’t attended a hackathon in India, but in general, it’s a particular world where students see it as a war.
In general, you register as a solo or a group. It depends on the event. Some require a group because of the themes, such as CTF in cybersecurity, building an app, or sometimes just a prototype. You will get a problem based on the theme.
From my experience, basic Python knowledge is not sufficient for a hackathon. You will require problem-solving skills, programming knowledge, and a fire (aggression).
It’s a very competitive event where other students or groups can virtually chop you/ your team aside at the first checkpoint itself.
Typically, a hackathon can last up to 5 days, from 2 days to at least.
If it’s a group and is assigned randomly at the event, most of the time, one or two make other team members look at them because of their confidence and knowledge.
But you won’t get good at it without attending it. As you fail at each event, you improve and learn dramatically.
Attend, fail, repeat. -
I hope it wasn't just me !!
My elder sister used to dress me up like this -

Women of Chennai, how many of you follow restrictions during your periods?
Had to shower and wash my hair immediately, don't touch or water plants, don't go into the pooja room or even be near the pooja room, don't touch any pooja related items. Had to do all these till I was home and hated every bit of it. Once I moved out I stopped following everything. My mom had now realised most of it was just BS and now she just tells me not to go to the pooja room. Uggh! -
Remember this?
Absolute banger!!! Currently rewatching it and I am in love all over again! Would have liked if they had gone ahead with naina- huda and rajveer-dr ritu rather than Raina as a couple -
