Everyday Random Schizophrenia Rant
Yo there!
I myself got diagnosed with schizophrenia at age 15.
Then with depression and later with bipolar.
Now I'm at 34.
I can understand the twisted screwed up stuff going through your thought process.
From what I experienced and observed I'll tell you a few things that might help you.
The main thing you need to understand is that, your thoughts are out of your control now. That's your first objective too... To gain control over your thoughts.
You can consult with a psychiatrist for dopamine and serotonin balancing medicine as an initial push, so that you have "some" control over your thoughts and actions.
Then the main thing to do is to guide your activities to a positive healthy track.
For that immense determination is needed.
If you have seen the movie Inception, use something as a target to always focus on.. to stay in reality.
Yoga, working out games, exercises or any sort of physical activities can immensely help for this.
I climbed mountains and interacted with nature to stay in reality.
It needs regular continuous effort. You might find it tiresome. But just keep pushing.
You can picture anything from God's to superheroes or your own fantasy to motivating yourself.
Mainly, don't share much with the people you regularly interact with, as they might not have enough knowledge about this and might look at you in sympathy or even keep you away... Which will lower our confidence and focus.
After such weird thoughts start to subside, it's time to practice meditation.
Meditation is about focusing on a single point, object or thought for a prolonged time period.
It might take few months, just keep track of your mental journey for your own analysis.
Cut-off cigarettes, alcohol or any substance.
Eat clean and have a healthy routine.
The life you're gonna get after conquering this mess is ✨ MAGIC ✨
PS: Contact me anytime through this comment. If you need professional help too, I can guide you.
Remember there are no magic pills, only our actions matter.
Good luck kiddo! 😎👍 -

Not so popular scene of season 13
Vikas was fully supporting Asim before this moment. He was also closer to Rashami outside. In fact even in interviews outside, he said he likes Asim. There are USUDs of him bonding with him and praising him as well. But after this homophobic statement, he chose Sid's side. This whole narrative of him being Sidnaaz's agent is false because Vishal had informed them about the Hashtag and popularity long long ago. -

White House pauses all federal grants, sparking confusion
> In a two-page document, Matthew J. Vaeth, the acting director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, instructs federal agencies to “temporarily pause all activities related to obligations or disbursement of all Federal financial assistance.” The memo, a copy of which was obtained by The Washington Post, also calls for each agency to perform a “comprehensive analysis” to ensure its grant and loan programs are consistent with President Donald Trump’s executive orders, which aimed to ban federal diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and limit clean energy spending, among other measures.
> The memo states its orders should not be “construed” to impact Social Security or Medicare recipients, and also says the federal financial assistance put on hold “does not include assistance provided directly to individuals.”
> But the document says programs affected are “including, but not limited to, financial assistance for foreign aid, nongovernmental organizations, DEI, woke gender ideology, and the green new deal.” -
White House pauses all federal grants, sparking confusion
Anecdotal so hopefully you brought your salt:
My spouse and her PhD cohort have completely given up on applying for postdoc positions in the U.S. Even the so-called "patriots" are smart enough to know that no federally funded position is safe.
Most of them have accepted enthusiastic offers from Western Europe and Canada.
That's four (and counting) highly educated engineers and research scientists who will not be enriching their own country. -
