Man, I'm in similar situation. Wife's not working as she is pregnant, but plans on working after 2-3 years. My payscale is approx equal to yours. I'd recommend that you invest in anything at an early age. The reason being if you are earning 1.2L at 27, chances are you should be able to earn anywhere between 2.5L to 3.0L in the next 15 years or atleast higher. You can always pay off the loan early. Since you're saying your wife might work, she will have increments along the way. If everything falls right, you might actually own atleast 2-3 flats in the next 20 years.
The reason I recommend this is because, my father started investing at an early age, he is 55 now and owns 8 flats and 2 plots. Your salary is never gonna be stagnant, it'll increase overtime and who knows you might actually end up earning better than you thought.
Just trust yourself mate. It'll be alright.
