Did she ever change her Apple ID email at any point? Sometimes this will cause it. If so sign out of iCloud and back in. Otherwise you definitely should enable two factor authentication to prevent this from happening -

How Rajiv Thakkar And Parag Parikh Fools you? Never forget, fund manager over estimate their intelligence because you allow them
Thr are two separate questions here:
Q1. Are PPFAS guys genuine?
Q2. Will their flexi cap always beat index or give best return?
The answers are Yes and No, respectively.
On first question ->
Generally- fund houses bring new funds frequently to get more investments and silently discontinue bad performers. PPFAS has dared to keep only a few funds, which has all their focus. If there is bad performance, they can't hide it. This shows their conviction.
Their fund managers have their own investments in their Flexi Cap. The so called- skin in the game.
Holding investor meets to answer their questions, shows their transparency.
In all- they seem genuine !!
On second question ->
If their timely investments in foreign stocks worked for them, let's give them the credit.
But will it continue to beat the index ? May be not. It's a rarity to consistently beat index in the long term.
If you want to invest only in Index and want to convince others to do so, that's a good thing. I myself am an advocate of index funds, but I don't see intellectual arguments from you. The likes which are seen in the books of John Bogle.
But I also believe in the philosophy of value investing, if done well by avoiding decisions to gain short term investments, but rather with long term in mind. I see PPFAS doing this.
Pls note that: John Bogle had high regards for Ben Graham and Warren Buffett (proponents of Value investing) in his writing. Buffett has also spoken highly of Bogle. -
Pune from an outsider's perspective
Compared to Delhi your perspective is valid. Most people who complain are either comparing Pune to itself 10-15 years ago or to other big IT cities. Hyderabad, Bangalore etc. Pune for example has the worst airport of any major city. Most reasonably priced flights are at ungodly hours or have indirect connections. Same with trains. There are parts of the city that have been in a state of constantly under construction for almost a decade! Food here is pretty overpriced for the quality you get in other cities. So many other little things that to me signal that the city has probably peaked in terms of liveability. -
How is that average even possible?
It would have been 110 had he hit that 6 when he got out on 95 against NZ -
What happened to this location? My friend took this in Valley View Gardens
Well, its sort of a "stuck-in-time" location, its not given in the picture, but there is a huge flat nearby as well (which is fully occupied tho)
The building/bungalow was built in the late 2000s, early 2010s, it was part of the beautification project, i assume , probably ran out of funding and left to rot , during 2012-2013, when the flat in the picture started construction, the building was occupied by immigrant workers, it was sort of a shady area, but now its abandoned again
Valley View Gardens is filled with houses and bungalows, mostly owned by NRIs, a lot of the houses are padlocked, either left to rot or guarded by a security guy
There was a half built abandoned house nearby, that was later demolished , another one has been consumed by vegetation
edit:the pic with flat given below, Aerial view
