The best course of action would be, to take everything from her technology wise, give her an hour or two of monitored TV usage or laptop usage like video games if she is into that, rest should be whatever academically she is doing, plus outside playing with kids her age, if you cant find any kids her age to play with her, then any sports academy wouldn't be a bad idea, maybe even an instrument like guitar, pretty good to control your attention disruption behaviour, because you need control over your hand and mind to play guitar effectively. Last resort would be to just teach her cooking, and people would be like you're misogynist for suggesting that, but here's the deal i cooked my first omlette when i was 5 and have been cooking since then, its a pretty good thing, you get calm while cooking, atleast i do, and my male friends who also cook gets calm too
