Learning to ride on a 400 cc
I first started with a splendor in 10th grade. My dad taught me how to ride, it was mostly clutch riding which I don’t do anymore. A year later he got a Pulsar and I did my fair share of riding on that as well. In 12th I had my own Access 125 later moved on to Activa. Drove them for almost 7-8 years. I’m very careful when I’m driving on roads, everything I do while driving is calculated. Last year in Feb I’ve decided to get the Speed 400, I haven’t drove it much but for someone who went from riding scooters to bikes I could say it’s a bit heavy and annoying to ride in traffic. It was a chore driving that bike around in cities, which is why I haven’t driven it as much in almost a year I’ve owned it (~1000km). I can’t complain much about the bike, it’s very decent to drive if the roads are wide and traffic free, whenever I do drive it I enjoy riding it until traffic hits. I still feel like a beginner when I’m driving the bike, as I haven’t driven something with gears in several years. It’s fun to learn but due to time constraints and taking my car out all the time I’ve never had much time with it. Go for a test ride, see if you can manage the bike, it is indeed very good for beginners but not for beginners who are getting their first ever bike. It’s a 40hp machine, people don’t start with those at least not in our country. -

Learning to ride on a 400 cc
It is good for beginners. But as u have never even ridden a bicycle. And a 150 cc bike in the open fields. I would say before buying this bike. Get a cheap 12 or 13 year old bike like a Bajaj Discover or something and ride it around for 6 months to 1 year. And during that time try to ride different bikes like dominar 400. Interceptor. Continantal GT. And other bikes which range from 20 Bhp to 50 Bhp or max up to 60 Bhp. I am advising you to do this because taking a 40 Bhp bike when u have only ridden a 150cc bike once and that too in an open field is a recipe for disaster. Just a slip of the throttle will be enough for u to end up in a hospital bed. If u do what I said it will help u understand many things. Like what type of bike u want, what type of bike do u enjoy. And most importantly give u enough riding experience. And I guess if u take a 40bhp bike to begin riding. U will be too scared and not have enough confidence to control and enjoy the bike. It will also stop u from polishing ur skills as you will be too scared to push yourself and the bike to its limits. -

If someone says it's raining and another person says it's dry, it's not your job to quote them both. Your job is to look out the f*&king window and find out which is true.

Next Generation of Leaders in Kerala Politics
Right now, media is in favour of UDF. Even kuzhalnadan and liju, who were for a long time the lone fighters seem sidelined/under represented. They’re marketing themselves well.
Whereas for cpim, they don’t need media limelight to create leaders. They have systems that will churn out leaders. -

Chicken price in your area
On a similar note, does anyone know a good place to buy chicken and fish near Lalbagh to Jayanagar 4th Block areas? And the rates there?
edit: And everyone, give out your areas, not just the rates. How will that be useful!?
