    Living in gwk since my birth. Pollution baga undi ekada because of nearby industries. It is better to look at the Madhurwada, kommadi or HB colony side.

    I've ordered from them multiple times and it has been great, nothing like this happened - it must be some kind of logistics issue on their end. Sometimes their communication has been bad yeah - but legal action and etc is a bit much. Have you tried calling them up and speaking to them about it?
