I think I hear your fuel pump whirring, you're supposed to wait till that whirring stops after you turn your kill switch on and then push the starter button. It also sounds like its staying for longer than normal, i'd get the fuel system checked starting with the fuel pump.
This looks like (I'm not sure) there's excess of fuel being sprayed on your engine head because the pump has some issue, overflow of fuel can also cause an engine to stall and not start if the top of piston is flooded with fuel since there's no space for proper combustion, it only works at random intervals depending upon the crankshaft's position and the amount of free space in your cylinder head.
