The upbringing is way different between Americans and Indians. Once you turn 18 you are kicked out of the house and had to find a roof for yourself with minimal resources in america. Also divorce rate is huge and parents love is scarce among these cases and been brought up with a step dad or mom is very hard emotionally. And most of the cases they won’t even support for college. Im not speaking about all of the americans but most or atleast few of the cases. This is very rare and upbringing is taken care in indian society.
