Train your dog, there’s tons of videos on YouTube. You just need this to start - dogs live in a pack which has hierarchy and an alpha. Everyone in your family has to be above the dog in this hierarchy.

It’s not because you neutered him, it’s because the dog is at the age where he’s seeking to be the alpha and doesn’t see you as alpha. You’ll just have to beat him in this game to remind him you’re the alpha. You don’t have to wrestle (even tho that helps), it’s more of a body language game.

Also tell your brother - when you play rough, you also have to calm the dog down before you stop. Otherwise the dog is perpetually in an aggressive state. Dogs learn from body language / general vibe, if you routinely play rough and leave, you’re teaching them to be aggressive. Keep a calm energy.

Trainers often recommend these standard steps to show dominance
- If he growls, keep him tied and stand tall near him - if necessary slap him on the throat / neck.
- Don’t let him eat directly, keep the bowl down only after he sits and is calm and train him to eat on command.
- Turn him upside down & stand over him while pinning him down by his throat and be there till the dog stops fighting back.
- Don’t let him walk ahead of you when he’s on leash.
