I will answer as per my understanding of scripture and logic.
Vedas ask us to be logical than blindly following.

1) Why god made her suffer for 5 months?
Ans) dear suffering is part of life. Even if a person is good or bad , it does not have any relationship with diseases.
Bhishma one of the most dharmic person died more painfully .
Pandavas (exept yudistira) all died falling from clif miserably and pathetic
Rama even being incarnation suffered extreme pain entire his life ,
Understand suffering cannot be stoped.

2) Why should we worship God if he loves sinners so much that they live peacefully and happily while the pure ones suffer?

Ans) dear god don't love one person more than other. A person who have bad karma suffer for consequences for shure , in this birth or another. But it doesn't make a good person's life like heaven they must also suffer . Life is also suffering my dear , just like how it is also a pleasure.

Baghwageeta says god is impartial and observer. He observe us but never judge us to be true or false. Understand everyone is equal to him. Understand as per geeta the god don't violate universal/natural law to help us.

Understand even you worship him or not he would love you. Understand the real worship is unconditional love . He loves you unconditionally. But never force you to love him , you can choose not to. He will still loves you.

3) Why people's stupid wishes are granted while my only wish was to see her healthy again and see her return back to home?

Ans) it is not like that dear. If you feel so it is due to that you think so. People often see others through what they want. You want your grandmother safe and sound. That is the best unconditional wish you can have. And your frustrations is understandable. If you think other person get what they want , maybe that person is thinking about not getting a good grandmother like yours, and saying that why god don't fulfill my wish

Nature won't give you what you want by simply praying .you must work for it even-though there is limitation for a person to achieve something.

4) Why would he give me so many hopes only to break them?

Ans) he don't gave you hope nor he take it back dear.

I Understand your grand mother is nice. And I am shure she got moksha and was in peace. Some people thing that god at last give her peace. Some people think god made her suffer. A true person knows god won't make people suffer nor he make people's life easy

But my dear you are a jeevatma , a part of paramatma or god himself , you being ignorant by your own maya you don't understand it. Yes I think you know that you are also a part of God. I know it is hard to grasp but people are god's particle and god himself. And be kind. If you see some children wishing for something understand that

You are a jeevatma a part of paramatma and that children are wishing for something from you also (u are a part of God) make that fulfill.
Imagine if every person knows it earth become heaven
But we are ignorant by material things

And pls understand that your grand mother is a soul , a jeevatma , and being a jeevatma she don't feel pain , she is not sad not happy but in peace. Understand she is inside you
