2)consumer spending - if people dont spend money , how is the economic engine going to work.
3) elite class growth - from south korea to usa , most govt contracts are ill gotten , and if the elite class does not grow , do the middle or the lower classes have a chance of growing , as they are better positioned 
4)Remittancea from migrants abroad - is it not due to the infrastructure , education , mindset put in by the indian socio economic structure.
5)Financial Market manipulation - does subprime lending still exist ? Do Cdos (collateralized debt obligations) exist (even after the 2008 scandal) yes they do ? 
Every market no matter how pure is at risk from financial fraud , because markets operate in greed or fear.
6)Media manipulation - From time immemorial , from enron crisis to reliance , adani , samsung etc , power begets power , you want your information to be filtered out.
7)Unfair taxation - for the middle class yes ,but rest is a competitive ball game , to keep the economic engine rolling.
8)India closer to pakistan : a bit too far.
9) India closer to china: about 35 points weaker on a scale of 100
