Yes, they do cause problems. We have offices in Kharadi. Once we were disrupted by MNS and about 2 yrs ago by some Republican party affiliates. We refused to pay any money and called cops. Cops managed to intervene but asked us to keep a low key for some time.
Since then have shifted to a proper IT park like space. It is expensive but safety of staff is paramount. These parties and their useless workers just try and make a free buck for night party. They are also a source of most traffic problems with their black tinted vehicles driving on the wrong side and illegal parking.
