But I bought a book called "How to talk to anyone" by leil lowndes a few months back. This was when I tried to get out of social anxiety. I've not completed the book, but some of the things mentioned there really helped me with the social anxiety.

But in general, try to get out of your zone and meet people. You'll eventually feel confident about yourselves.

I'm not eligible to comment on quick thinking, though. But I believe once you feel confident or comfortable around people, you would probably not be anxious, which affects your critical thinking.
