How to vent out your anger harmlessly which is caused by a idiot who I am forced to see everyday?
Can you provide context about the environment you have to encounter him in?
I would suggest you completely avoid him. If you see him entering the room, make a viable show of leaving the room. If he starts talking to you, turn your back and leave the room. If he comes to sit besides you for lunch, take your plate and leave. He wants attention - starve him of that. Just see how much that bothers him. -
Kill or Marco?
I liked kill more... one aspect in Marco is making it most violent film in India -

Ask him/her.....does this help you get bitches?
Or just start clapping slowly and ask him/her do you like me? And then make fun of their reaction.
I know that's mean, how much I know but a bully always has a thing for their victim or some skills which they just can't pull off. -
How do you pronounce BANDRA ?I've been debating over this with my friend

Why have Pahadi women historically enjoyed freedom from purdah (veil), dowry pressure, gender segregation, and strict patriarchy, unlike women in many other parts of India (including our neighbours) where these were oppressive?
In the hilly region, people are sparsely populated. In order to grow from the field labour is needed and for that people are interdependent. And for this thing to exist, the form of purdah existing in other parts cannot work. That's why women are more open and in some cases matriarchy is followed in some parts of the North east. And this has nothing to do with religion. I have seen in Kashmir too , though the population is muslim , Muslim women can be seen working on farms , grazing cattles, etc doing shoulder to shoulder with men. -

This circular should be sent to all schools and colleges across Kerala about this decision to avoid any future mental or physical abuse against students. -
Office politics
You just do your thing in English (your status reports, your questions etc) if they don't feel comfortable in English when they're working for a UK based MNC where they'd be dealing with english-speaking crowds, it's on them
If you're a software engineer, designer, writer or something else, the work that you'll deliver would be in English too, there's not much reason to learn Hindi for you just so it's easier for your north indian colleagues (it's easier for them to just speak English)
