Ulwe has some big residential societies coming up after Atal Setu got built - but be warned, there is a massive drop in social life from Andheri to Ulwe 😁😁 There are eating options in CBD Belapur and Kharghar, which are not too far in a car. But for sure Zomato and Swiggy listings aren't going to be as fancy 😃

On the plus side, the air is much nicer and cleaner in Ulwe. There are lots of open areas to walk/run/cycle. And Navi Mumbai airport will be a stone's throw away

PS - despite the ridiculously high rents in Mumbai, EMIs are always higher. Expect EMI for the same house to be 4x the rent you are paying 😃 (some exceptions will be there in areas where prices have suddenly skyrocketed and early buyers got in cheap)
