Well at the beginning of 2021 I wanted to change myself, before that I was really very insecure, low self esteem, self sabotaging, emotionally-physically weak, severely underweight.
But in December 2020, I decided to change myself. I started with meditation, it was really difficult at first I wasnt even able to sit for 5min, my back would start to ache, my mind would wonder most of the time.

But I just kept doing meditation everyday for just 5 mins , and started to read self help books, I really wanted to change myself.

The self help books helped me a lot, I gained so much knowledge on how I can become a better version of myself.

I start to eliminate all the bad habits and started to inculcate small good ones. Like washing my face before bed, eating timely and all.

Starting meditation felt like a domino effect everything started to fall into place, I became spiritual, gained good muscles without ever going to gym, gained a lot pf confidence, became super optimistic.

It was so good that I started to dislike everything that is not good for me, be it junk food or negative people.

Went on a spiritual journey and did a lot of introspection.

It has been a great experience, even in the bad situations I was always taken care of by the universe.

I am really proud of myself and now even the people around me can sense it.

First thing is how do they exploit, they obviously establish physical relations and use that love angle. But never did the people actually suspect , didn't they notice a difference in body anatomy down there ? Didn't they suspect anything ?
