The question is what are you offering. Devs get offers to co-found or work for equity for projects literally all time. I had two requests this week. Do you have an inside track in the industry you are doing this app, do you have customers ready to pay, do you have a budget to pay developers? You need something more than an idea to attract talent. After all most developers have a few projects of their own just no time to implement.

I think as I grew and matured as a person from my 20s to 30s, I realised how much life experience my in laws had. It was my own immaturity which made me take offence to littlest things in the first decade of being married. They are still not perfect but no one is! If I did not like what they said/did, I just had to communicate. Expecting them to read my mind was stupid.

At the end of the day I have realized no one is perfect, me the least of all. Perfection is not even the aim. Why constantly set people up to standards and then whine when they fail?

Of course to begin with my in laws are educated and sensible. So we just had to smooth out personally differences
