Really sad state of affairs in France. The French embassy is playing a dirty game with us Indians. The French are racists like the British. My family was denied tourist visa for 5 days stating the purpose of travel is not clear. I mean WTF! India is far better guys. Let me tell you that. You should never trust any gora or white man easily.

No one can say for sure unless they are in management. IndiGo uses various strategies from time to time to suit their needs. At the moment pilot hiring has been stopped for the next 2-3 months, as the rumour is. IndiGo recieved a few engines from P&W a few months ago but that's again stopped now. So only a few of the grounded aircraft were able to come back to service. IndiGo has also increased thier wet lease with norse, corendon and Qatar. Although they are receiving new aircraft from Airbus some are used to replace older ones, at a rate that we cannot predict. Pre Covid the average age of the fleet used to be 2.5 years but now it's 4 years. Many experienced pilots keep leaving the company as well so the company cannot rely only on the jfo program to replace that experience and commanders. So basically it's a very dynamic topic which keeps changing based on so many factors. IndiGo also does not share their strategies or information even within the company, they are very careful about what is told to the employees and media.

Guys many of you asking the company's name and I can understand why you are asking but it's not like i dont want to reveal , i am still working on the company i dont know it may bring some unwanted attention i am already overthinking how to step away from this company and i may get off by two months from this company after that in this very post i'll share the company name.
