Started challaning Normal wrong way commuters 4. Started challaning red signal breakers 5. Started managing traffic quite nicely 6. If not raise the complaint immediately, I think the district crime branch is the concerned unit for such cases and I'm not sure but approach the local police station with the necessary statements and first ask them which unit to approach. You can also raise the complaint online, I think.
