Go and meet them and physically onboard them yourself. Give them your mobile number and tell them to WhatsApp you immediately if they have problems using the software.

When they WhatsApp you, reply immediately and sort out their problem straight away. Call them back etc, even if it’s just to say “I’m fixing it, give me 24h, but here is a work around”. That will strengthen your relationship with them. You’d be amazed at what dogshit software people will put up with when you provide them overly incredible customer support and are honest with them.

Build genuine relationships with them. They will show you how to improve your product. Watch them using it if you can, you’ll learn more about it that way thanh any form of analytics. Don’t try and scale until you can make those initial customers happy and not churn. Spend -80% of your time sorting out exisiting problems with the software and 20% on new features
