I can't say the same. I got out. Moved away from terrible family, have my own place doing a shit job, and all I can really think is "is this it"?

My parents were cold, unemotional, and all around neglectful and unavailable. Yet, they did provide cash, which was the only thing of value they offered. With that, I was able to remain comfortable at home and do my thing, spending time only on hobbies and my interests. Now? I'm physically and mentally exhausted, I have way less money since I can only spend my own, and don't even really enjoy my hobbies as much since there's less time to do so.

People told me it gets easier - no, not really. This shit sucks. I'd take being yelled at over this shit all day again if I could go back, but there's no paradise for me to return to. Your mileage may vary, but overall, my life became more annoying than it was as a neet. Sure, I have some extra pocket money, but it's really not worth it imo. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I could.

Make a list of your task you should do.
In morning you should make list ex- get up early, work out, healthy food. Give point to each task based on hardness level. If you do give yourself points. At the end of week review your score.
This will make you feel confident and strong.
