I totally agree with her. I am from bihar but reside in chennai for 30+ years. I have not seen rude, uncivilized, mannerless, lack common sense like those from bihar than any other state. Fuckers dont know how to talk, ride etc. 24 hrs ghutka and mawa. I know its pretty normal for biharis but its not so in other parts of india.
