why shud mumbai take all the burden of UP, Bihar, literally all northern and eastern states ? Not only mumbai, its pune, bangalore, hyderabad, Chennai taking all the burden of other states that are underdeveloped.

It's trending to trash Goa and say that newer places are in. It's a good thing because it's usually the trash crowd that gets "influenced" by them. The same ones who drive on the opposite side of the road, spit, are entitled, throw their refuse about the place and who think that purchasing a ticket to Goa is equivalent to purchasing Goa itself.
