Buy a cheap scooter and ride it for a few months. Will end up being cheaper in the long run than cabs and stuff. Assuming you have a driver's license that is. You can find good condition used scooters for like 20k or even less if you're willing to look.

Depends where in noida. I live in central noida and I often take red eye flights and use OLA/UBER for airport drops. I have always found a cab in less than 5 mins. Not sure about availability in greater noida or noida extension.

No correlation between age and behaviour , have seen a 20 year old autowala being an absolute asshole.
