As someone who has done BE. Mech and also finished Masters. I'd say please go for the GET position as of now in my opinion because having a masters degree doesn't ensure having a high paying job. After completing masters you are going to expect people to pay you more but for what should they pay more if you don't have industrial experience? In today's market experience is everything. Degree also plays a role but a Masters Degree without job experience is something I wouldn't recommend because it's very difficult to find a job after completing your masters if you have debt that's an added burden.

Go for the GET position 5 LPA is a lot trust me when I say this and get some experience maybe for a year or two and then think about doing masters.
