Sorry if I’m playing devils advocate. But I feel like the reason smaller brands don’t release make up options for darker skinned women is because bigger brands don’t do so. So they don’t have access to the formulations. I’m assuming these brands copy bigger brands formulations I don’t think they have the resources to do it for themselves. Just a thought.
