Simple reason I can assume from from historical Maharashtrian behaviour that we are not really foody like other people are like punjabi, delhi, south indian etc. especially because of our ancestors and military of chatrapati shivaji maharaj like one of the incidents of bajirao peshwa was under his observation his military used to eat half cooked bhakari cooked on bone fire with some chanas with oil,salt and spice as simple as that we have have many non veg dishes better than many north Indian dishes and even similar to some but we never publicized those dishes and in simple word our dishes are more towards functional side instead of taste. Also Maharashtraian dishes are not that visually mesmerizing like other states dishes are

Hi, I am near sulur area. There is a religious place of worship close by home which blares religious sermon 5 times a day. How to inform them or the authorities to keep the volume down. It's waking me up every day at 5.30 in the morning. I don't want trouble but how to anonymously complain. I work night shift and it's a pain to be woken everyday at 5.30.
