Whatever the reason may be, your daughter doesnt need to suffer. You need to make sure that your maid doesn't bring her daughter around anymore. Take her to therapist specialising in child sexual assault. Keep reassuring her that her home is her safe space, that you're a safe person and she can come to you about anything bothering her. Please don't take advice from reddit, as many times good advice may backfire. Take help from professionals on how to navigate this situation and help your child to overcome this nightmare -

It's a tricky spot. But pls understand even the other girl is a kid. What prompted her to do such things also needs to be understood. May she is being abused by someone and is replicating the behaviour on ur daughter.
I personally would suggest talk to ur maid about it too and take both the girls for counseling.
