See in my opinion you should definitely consider XUV if you can afford to pay an extra 2L for it. It offers more space than the Scorpio, better stock headlights and more power. Although you won’t notice any less power in either vehicle because they both have incredible power and torque. The Scorpio N does have a more commanding view and road presence (if that matters to you) and better off road capabilities and 4x4 but for extra features, efficiency, power, comfort and a better seven seater option, I would choose the XUV over the Scorpio N. When I was buying, I was also in the same boat as you between the Scorpio N and the XUV. However, since I don’t travel much offroad I opted for XUV 700
