The past 2 years have been especially difficult for me career wise. There are also other family issues. I work from home on top of that and go days without having social interaction. I tried everything- joined clubs, gyms etc but with age people don’t want to make new friends it seems.

I know I’m slipping into depression and I often have s*icidal thoughts. Parents think this generation is weak so sharing my feelings with them becomes a lecture.

What’s worse is, I tried to book a therapist. One of them ghosted me and the other one rescheduled the appointment twice which I ended up cancelling and going home. I just don’t know if there is ever going to be a ray of hope.
