In Pune all the people on the road is entitled, if pedestrians don't do that sign, someone definitely will get under a truck or a car. Did you know notice how Punekars drive? All of India is suffering from illiteracy of road rules but Pune is worst performing city in that regards maybe second to Gurugram. I have to do that sign even on red light because everybody is busy in something here.

Love Pune in all regards, but with respect to road. Damn it's the worst.
