A Tier 1 graduate here, take my advice seriously because I have seen a lot of such cases during my time in BTech.

First of all Learn to have patience, what you’re experiencing is totally normal and it’s a good sign that you’re aware of the situation.

A lot of colleges have scholarships programs. You should focus on studies heavily because good CGPA gets you scolarship which will take care of your fees(at least)

Take loan for your college fees if you are not planning to get one. It’s super easy and the interest will be start compounding after you graduate.
This way scolarship will directly go into your pocket and loan will take care of your fees.

Learn new technologies, do coding, be up to date with the trends and try getting internships in your 2/3rd year vacations. Don’t jump the gun and start looking out in 1st year, chances of rejection will be high and you’ll be disheartened.

Try free-lancing or any part-time remote job. Make sure you do this without hurting your grades.

Get a job after you graduate, a good company and a profile will (WITH TIM) pay you more than you can think off.

You have the potential and opportunity to change your family’s financial situation, give yourself time and work hard.

AND Most importantly- It’s your college life, enjoy it to the fullest. Don’t be a book worm.
