These indeed are legit consoles, but the catch is that you won't be able to avail the warranty in India. The shopkeeper may try to convince you otherwise, but you should check it throughly

I think Pune is the worst among the big cities due to higher 2 wheeler population.

Hyderabad, Bangalore have only recently started seeing this madness. Mumbai is almost disease-free in that respect.

I think Pune traffic police should be put on unpaid leave for a month, and things will NOT get worse.
