Generally speaking, Delhi is welcoming. I am a native Delhite and it never crosses our minds where the other person is from while having a conversation with them. We are used to people coming from all over India. Connectivity is great even if you do not have a private vehicle. Actually some prefer to leave their cars at home to save time to commute in peak hours. Weekend getaways to Himalayas is the biggest pro for someone like me who just cannot stay at home during holidays.

Bro use Meetup. The social scene is very good on that. I used to use when I was in my Bachelors and early career
