In my apartment, there's a bench next to my car parking space, people sit on that bench in the evening, eat and then throw all wrappers and other items in my car parking space!! This is culture in a society apartment complex where each 2 BHK flat is worth 1 Cr today. I feel somewhat bad for all the housekeeping staff who have to work extra to clean the society premises.

Yes, this is an issue. There are very very few responsible dog owners in India.
This matter should be taken up with the authorities and you will have to follow up considering how slow and inefficient things are and especially if it is a dog bite case. In doing so put forward this matter to the mla to create a rule or regulation or something To ensure atleast some owners take ip responsibility.
If that doesn't work, talk to the owner and ask for compensation regarding the shots and video shoot the conversation

No and no. First of all, vesting should be 4 years, not 8. That's just not standard. What will probably happen is that the investors in the first equity round will ask for a reset of 1 or 2 years in the vesting. That'll be normal. 8 year vesting is just not common for a founder (or anyone).

2nd, 10% for the only technical cofounder is just not market. Negotiate equal parts. If they knew how to actually build something, they wouldn't need you. Whether they have 500k in "promised" investments or not, is irrelevant.

Lastly, make sure now it's clear what your role is and will be. Aim for CTO. These conversations are hard to have but everything needs to be super tidy and tight down *now*.
