Adult ADHD and procrastination have effed up my life pretty badly. I'm struggling to come out of this endless toxic cycle. I was going to therapy and a psychiatrist, but it didn't help me and only wasted money. This compulsive spell of trying to eat junk and then feeling guilty about it is a repeated process for me. Career-wise, I'm sinking pretty badly. I have shut out everyone from my life and stopped talking to everyone altogether. Therapy didn't help, adikadi silent anxiety and immobility - feels like I'm falling into a bottomless pit and yet to be walloped by reality. Not to mention the loss of self-confidence, increase in self-doubt, and struggle with body image issues - nothing seems to be working out for me. It is just hard for me to follow a proper routine. I'm scared of a lot of things, and that is the main reason why I feel I'm lagging in a lot of things. I don't know a lot of basic things and I'm scared to admit it due to fear of being ridiculed. I'm going to appear for the NET exam, and I'm hardly studying - I simply can't concentrate. I feel like I'm the worst person on the earth who is cheating my parents.


I'm not seeking sympathy - I just wanted to let it out from my chest.
