    I would do it the other way around.

    I would make a copy of the blog from company X onto company Y, then do a 301 redirect on X to Y.

    Then I would also do a cannonical of Y on both X and Y.

    Add the new service location to your existing GMB. I do not know why you are creating a new GMB, any reasons?
