Roadside Parking - No signboards
Parking area has to be clearly marked. This here itself feels like part of the road with the dashed line. But then it is a legal parking area. So we cannot be faulted for not realizing this in other parts of the city. And the police arbitrarily issuing fines doesn't help either -

Its unbelievable that the RTO collects crores in registration of vehicles which goes to the govt. and in return we get potholes!
RTO money if I am not mistaken goes to the state governments. Most city roads are maintained by the Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
It's so ridiculous that I've seen half a two-lane road being butter smooth and the other half utter dogshit because the party repairing the half was a central government entity dealing with large cargo hauls daily and was fed up of the broken roads destroying the trucks while the municipal corporation was picking its nose. -
Never partner in business with family or friends. How true is it?
Relatives are just that - relatives. They will look good from far, and it should be kept so.
They're humans too, and don't mistake them to be a clone of you - never. When an employee/partner goes rogue, you can scold them, punish them and remove them. That's how people learn and grow, and won't dare make mistakes again.
With close relatives the dynamics are totally different. You can't scold them, can't do anything. And they won't learn or open their eyes after a certain turning point. Which will end up pulling everyone down, and you'll feel you would've been better off alone. This way, you will not have friends or even relatives to fall back on.
Your friends would've already lost faith in you after seeing your closeness with relatives, and wouldn't dare to do anything with you. They know blood is thicker.
Don't get me wrong, relatives bring trust. You can trust them from afar. And again, blood is thicker.
Keeping all this in mind and navigating it and running a successful business is what many great families have been cemented with. Keep it as independent as possible and as dependent as required. Keep a ton of backup options. -
Interesting that such analytics also gets analysed

Why do Indians give special treatment to white tourists? Why desperate for pictures with them? They didn't fall from heaven! Stop this nonsense.
There's two parts to this according to me: The 'fairness' aspect of it and also the behaviour of foreign tourists in our country.
Of course people here have a fascination with white tourists because they are fair skinned and because they might look like Hollywood celebrities (why do you think so many salons for instance have stock photos of Hollywood celebs who they might not even know?)
But the second thing, is that in my limited experience of travelling, I've noticed that us Indians act pretty horribly as tourists within and even outside our country. We tend to be loud, we have this sense of entitlement that we can treat a place however we want, so that could be why you feel others outside look down on us. An uncle of mine who knows people at the embassy in Bangkok said that complaints from the locals about Indian tourists has increased because many of them get drunk and act rowdy, try to steal and generally misbehave.
Obviously there is some aspect of colourism, but you can't blame everything on that. There will be some white tourists who will act racist, but for the most part many of them are actually very respectful to Indians when they travel here, unlike other Indians. A very common example is I see many white celebs or tourists take pictures with their auto rickshaw drivers (most recent Ed Sheeran), whereas many of us might not even tell them a 'thank you'. If someone acts nice to you, you will have a generally higher opinion of them. -
