I would move the Apps to External drive and clear some space. You can get the storage on the Internal drive to very low levels that way if you haven't done that already. I run all my apps off an external drive and it makes a huge difference.

Good. Even if you're someone who believes there's tons of government waste that should be identified/eliminated, we already have an agency to do just that.
