I still have mine from HS, lost the one since grade school.. but sometimes, it feels like a burden when you force urself to go along with their ideas etc just so they won't leave you.

I find it hard to make new friends nowadays, cause whenever someone tries to reach out to me, I'll respond if my brain isn't all fucked up from all the overthnking, but won't ever bother try to reach back.. kinda makes the other person feel bad and unwanted, really.. sigh.

Problem with social media is that every idiot has a voice now.

Scrolled Insta for a better part of last evening and I didn't get a single post that had this kind of content. Idk if I should be happy or disappointed because all this sounds wack 🤣

Its a great way to get out of the house and is so good naturally for mental health even if you dont train too hard! Its nice to keep grounded and you may make friends! But even if you dont or dont want to its nice being in a social setting but without much pressure to do or say anything to anyone and all kinds of people go and its just nice to remember we can share things and have things in common as such different kinds of people
