  20. Anyone who doesn't really leave their house, and live like a total shut-in?

    I lived that way for one year after I finished school; it gets really lonely and depressing, so I started going out more. I do, in fact, have anxiety issues, but I am trying to overcome those, and I have made hella progress. When I was locked in my house, I would usually spend my time on my hobbies: drawing, listening to music, watching anime, etc. but without any social interaction, I noticed my social skills getting duller and my anxiety increasing. To fix this issue, I have been reconnecting with old friends and hanging out with them a lot.
