Unless you have, or develop, a personal connection, it is a professional relationship that you have. And even if there is a personal relationship, you still need to keep it a professional relationship as far as work.

Just a question , casteism is at highest levels obviously that's true.. but the communities in bihar like don't they have little bit of civic sense? Poverty doesn't lead to less civic sense ,ignorance does..

There are many pure poverty countries but they don't act this aggressive and right up inhumane..

While many blame muslim areas to be ghetto all over India what about Hindus doing ghetto activities will it be categorized as ,oh no it's from that caste they are always like this or will the community come together as on in the state and teach some civic sense..

Boasting about IAS,IIT factory is not the norm. More of making sustainable life so people don't become animals should be pushed.

It’s sad to see this is how languages start to disappear, and with them, part of our culture and family history is lost, whether we admit it or not. We need to protect what’s left. India is such a diverse country, and everyone should respect that, not act like one language is more important. At my work, people often just speak to me Hindi, and then have the nerve to ask why I haven’t learned it yet. I live in Bangalore, where Kannada is the main language, but some people act like Hindi is the only one that matters. You're in a new place for work, so you should at least try to learn the basics of the local language. It's not cool to feel entitled and expect them to learn yours. It frustrates me. The same people wouldn't pull this in a foreign country because they know it wouldn’t fly there. Such people should stop acting like the world revolves around them and actually make an effort to fit in.

Birds don't wander where the energy is negative. This is enough to understand many things.
