The North has been neglected for far too long. Born in Malda I've never seen the state govt doing anything for this district makes me really furious , which has so much potential economically. I believe only seperate state will bring prosperity in the northern region. It's been 75+years since independence and people of North Bengal doesn't even have proper higher educational institutions.
