I got stopped a couple of times due to not having HSRP. Then I got one from local shop which looks like HSRP but doesn't have the code and police guys spotted that too and stopped me for making quick bucks. My car is 14yrs old and I don't see a point of traveling from Delhi to Chandigarh RTO to get it. Chandigarh RTO mandates HSRP for old cars from the RTO itself.
HSRP rule is a rip off for old cars when HSRP were not even there.

You can learn it yourself, it's not rocket science. I did seo for my own website and that's how I learn. There's a lot of resources online on what to do. Also you can always hire a consultant every other month to tell u what to do.
If ur a new business and if money is tight then do it ur self especially if u have the time to learn. If not and ur too busy to learn then hire someone as it can be time-consuming especially if u don't know what ur doing, but that's when the consultant becomes important.

VC is its own asset class with its own general timeline for returns/ exit and its own investment strategy. Sustainable for a founder is not always in their interest. They want to increase their limited partners” investment. It is less about how sexy or unsexy your business is than for the expected return. Early on there are so many variables and you will not get a second look from them if you don’t have some type of traction. I know you are trying to get this business going. I would advise taking it as far as getting initial sales (not an MOU), actual sales. Based on traction, you will have piqued some investors’ interest. Lastly, if you end up making enough revenue to continue your business, you can reconsider if you even need VC investment. There are small business loans in the US. I believe the EU has small business and technology loans. Those are more amenable to a sustainable business.
