When I compare chandigarh with delhi jaipur etc. Then I realise Chandigarh is Best.
There may be few flaws but who does not have.

My personal bias goes to throttle shrottle, great food but expensive. Their mojitos are amazing and just overall experience over there evening time or even midnight (24/7 open btw) is amazing
