My 2 cents - There should be a committee for the temple. You can talk to them and before that you can gather the people from your neighbourhood who find the music disturbing too. If the talks give no relief then think about other ways like legal etc., but the most sensible thing now would be to have an open talk with the temple committee.

Bro just stay calm and search for a remote role if that’s the priority. After years of working remotely I can’t imagine losing the freedom of working from anywhere and having more control over time, money. Even with a slightly lesser salary your savings and investments can be much higher and you don’t necessarily have to compromise on the salary too.

I’ve stayed in all the cities you mentioned + Delhi. Life is a lot more sorted here in Nagpur.
